Sharon Osbourne Discloses How she Kept Her Children Well Grounded

X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne,63 speaking on US TV show The Talk. says that giving her kids chores to do at home made them well grounded. She avowed that making her three kids run errands around the house when they were younger made them understand responsibility.
Child development experts in the US says that kids who wash dishes, mow lawns and clean rooms are better equipped for work demands.
Reacting to that study Sharon stated that she “completely agreed” with that finding .
In her words: “When my kids were little and they wanted their pocket money it was like, fine, okay you want pocket money but why should I just give you money.

“You have got to out the dishes in the sink after you eat. don’t put the bath towels on the floor dinner, pick them up put your clothes in the laundry basket, try and make your beds, and do something that was to make them responsible.
“And I don’t like the idea of a child droping everything on the floor. It is like why is it okay because with child is like under 10.
"(Some parents say) It is fine to drop everything on the floor using the excuse that the kid is under 10 - no make them pick it up.”
