Kim Kardashian has being on a weight-loss journey for months now sequel to the birth of her son Saint-west.

Kim was spotted yesterday in Los Angeles looking thinner than ever as she arrived at a cosmetic doctor's office.

The Diva displayed her seriously tiny waist in a low-cut black top that she matched with tight black leggings.
