Lady,Out To Nail Chris Brown With Gun Threat In Alleged Text Message

Baylee Curran, Chris Brown 's accuser allegedly sent a text message claiming she was going to frame him with claims he threatened her with a gun. Her allegations have seen Chris charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Baylee is said to have sent the text to an acquaintance called Safari, shortly after she was kicked out of the star's home.

According to gossip website TMZ, the text reads: "Hey safari don't you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson I'm going to set his ass up. Lol come get me. (sic)"

The report also disclosed that the alleged message which Baylee has denied sending  is with Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos, who is trying to authenticate it.

Curran had filed a restraining order against her roommate  Princeton Rosenborough three years ago, claiming he threatened to hire a hitman to eliminate her. While also adding that he caused her physical harm by pushing her head against the bedroom wall, and leaving her needing an ambulance.

New York Daily News reports that she wrote in her statement to Los Angeles County Superior Court:  "He has been making threats for me to not call police again or he will hurt me and that he’s going to have a hit man after me."

A judge granted a temporary restraining order, which was lifted when she no-showed the formal court hearing. Princeton claimed she was lying in his own legal documents, and said he restrained her - not pushed - when she was about to physically attack his girlfriend, and the case was dismissed.

Heretofore, Brown is looking to move on from the recent drama and focus on releasing new music .

Police responded promptly to his Tarzana, Los Angeles property at around 3am after a dail on 911 from a woman who claimed Brown had threatened her with a gun in the early hours of Tuesday.
