Jimoh Ibrahim Emerge Ondo PDP Guber Candidate For Ali-Modu Sheriff's Faction

The Ali-Modu Sheriff’s faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has defied a court order on Monday barring it from conducting a primary election, in Ondo State as the faction against all odd went ahead to anoint Jimoh Ibrahim as its candidate in the forthcoming Ondo gubernatorial elections.
The factional primary election reportedly took place at the Banquet Hall of Premier Hotel, Ibadan and was contested by five aspirants.
Other contenders in the primary were Olusola Ebiseni, Honourable Bamiduro Dada, Honourable Niran-Sule Akinsuyi and Abiye Ademuyegun.
Jimoh Ibrahim garnered 502 votes to emerge while Olusola Ebiseni got 41 votes. Ibrahim could not hold back flaunting appealing promise of job creation.
In his words: “I will only occupy one seat in Ondo State, the rest belongs to the people.
“I have managed over 8,000 workers, 16 companies and have two national honours. And when you talk of integrity, I have first class integrity.
“I will create jobs and make education meaningful by introducing school system to prepare a new standard future for our children,”.
