Murderer, Ex-Convict Show Signs Of Urge To kill Again; Charged For Stalking A Woman


Stephen Webber, 59, a man who was sentenced to life inprisonment for the murder a stable girl more than two decades ago has been sent back to jail - for stalking another woman after his release from prison.

He was jailed for life in 1996 for the murder of Jessie Hurlstone - a stable girl at champion jockey Jimmy Frost's stables.

Webber battered 27-year-old Jessie to death hitting her with a metal bar for about thirty times at her caravan home in Buckfastleigh, Devon, in October, 1995.

Report has it thta he stalked yet another woman in Cornwall this year after his release from that life sentence. Appearing at Truro Magistrates court Webber, was charged with stalking another woman between April and July of 2016, was sent back to prison ten weeks with an indefinite restraining order banning him from any contact with his latest victim.

Magistrates heard he had been recalled to jail on his life sentence for killing Jessie.
