OMG! She Was Shown The Way Out Few Days After Landing Trolls For Claiming Not To Know Some Celebs

Gifty, the contoversial contestant of Big Brother Naija was on sunday evicted from the Tv reality show.


The former hairdresser who garnered serious acclaims and vituperation in the past few days was evicted tonight after spending four weeks in the Big Brother Naija 2017 house. She happens to be fourth housemate to be shown the way out.

Gifty no doubt is leaving the game show popular. If not for anything, She is made serious headlines after blasting Nigerian music artiste and actor Banky W, during a diary session on the show for allegedly being proud after he visited the housemates.

In one her Diary Sessions after Banky's visit, the #BBNaija ex-contestant said that she felt that Banky W is too proud and also stressed that she has not heard of his name before. She also seized the moment to voice that she didn't feel the singer and believed he came there because he was paid some money by the organizers of the show.

Banky W recently came into the Big Brother Naija House in South Africa, as an special guest to speak to the housemates and to inspire them to do more with the platform they have as it were.

Surprise! Surprise!! Immediately he entered the house, Gifty had no idea who he was which was. In her Diary Session, she trolled the fine singer saying that she didn’t like the way Banky W carried himself, while also citing that he acted proud and it was as if they had paid him to come and impress them.

These remarks got twitter users tweeting 'back and forth'. While many believe Gifty was trying to use Banky W to become famous, others are of the opinion that for an up-comer in the entertainment Industry, it was huge error for her to shade a superstar like the 'Jasi crooner' in such a disparaging manner.

Hajiya Aisha Abubakar, the Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, has called on the U.S. to support Nigeria to attract more investors into the country. Abubakar made the call when the officials of Nigerian- American Chamber of Commerce paid her a courtesy visit in Abuja on Friday. ``America is a world leader in terms of investment and we will need your support in assuring investors that Nigeria is open and safe for business,’’ she said.
