Plane Crash Averted As Aircraft Carrying Emmanuel Emenike and Other Fenerbache Team-mates Hit Bird

Fenerbahce are top of the group, one point ahead of Thursday night’s hosts United. Former United striker, Robin van Persie, could start against his former club, but manager Dick Advocaat was critical of his performance following the 1-1 draw with Alanyaspor last weekend.
However, disaster was averted as plane carrying former Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Emenike and his Fenerbahce team-mates to Manchester, was forced to have an emergency landing on Wednesday.
This coming as a bird hit and cracked the plane’s windshield some minutes after take-off and the pilot had to steer the aircraft to safety at the Budapest Airport in Hungary. The plane had successfully landed and every was safe.
Meanwhile, Fenerbache are billed to take on Manchester United, in a Europa League Group A fixture.
