NEYMAR To Stay In Barcelona Until 2021; Signs New 5-Year Contract

Barcelona forward Neymar will definitly remain in the Club till 2021 as he has renewed his 5-year contract with the club. Kudos to the Catalonians!
Barca earlier this week made public that an agreement had been reached, and on Friday the club tweeted a picture of Neymar shaking hands with president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
The 24-year-old Brazil international agreed the deal, which increases his release clause to 200m euros (£178m), on 1 July. The clause rises to 222m euros (£200m) in the second year and 250m euros for the final three.
Barcelona in a statement earlier this week, disclosed: “Since his arrival at the club, Neymar has cemented his position as one of the best players in the world thanks to his outstanding talent.
“The Brazilian finished third in the 2015 Ballon d’Or award behind the winner his team-mate Leo Messi. After three seasons with FC Barcelona, Neymar’s statistics are outstanding.
“In 141 games for the club he has scored 85 goals, 15 in his first season, 39 in his second and 31 in his third.”
