OMG! Like Seriously? Did Buhari Actually Say His Wife, Aisha Belongs To The Kitchen?

The BBC Interview:

It all began in an interview with BBC where The Wife of Nigeria's President Aisha Buhari made public what many may call an 'expos-e' stating the president does not know most of the top officials in his cabinet.

In her words: “The president does not know 45 out of 50, for example, of the people he appointed and I don’t know them either, despite being his wife of 27 years.”

“Some people are sitting down in their homes folding their arms only for them to be called to come and head an agency or a ministerial position.”

Aisha also affirmed her husband had not told her whether he would contest the 2019 election or 'Nay'.

“He is yet to tell me but I have decided, as his wife, that if things continue like this up to 2019, I will not go out and campaign again and ask any woman to vote like I did before. I will never do it again.” She said.

Buhari's epic response to Wife

On the flip side, The President who is on a state visit to Germany has responded to the BBC interview with his wife, Aisha, where she displayed what looks like a sign of disapproval to the crop of appointees serving in the current Federal government led by Her Husband of 27 years.

During a joint press briefing with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Buhari had reacted to the interview .

In his words: “I don’t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room.”
