Reports has it that Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, one of the arrested Judges has regained his freedom. The Supreme court judge was released by the Department of State Security Service some hours ago.
However, the other two, Justice John Okoro and Adeniyi Ademola are yet remanded in custody.
