CCTV footage shows Joshua Harding, 35, producing a 'shank' from his sleeve before running across the Veterans Memorial Courthouse in Michigan on Tuesday. The 35-year-old, who has since been found guilty of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, then appears to try and stab Jonathan Roth, an assistant prosecutor.
