Ycee The 'Jagaban' crooner Lands Juicy Deal With Sony Music Entertainment


Ycee the 'Jagaban' crooner was on Sunday announced to have landed an exclusive deal with  of  Sony Music Entertainment and Tinny Entertainment record labels in South Africa. The deal will see the rapper’s first E.P, ‘The First Wave’ released under the Sony umbrella.

The rapper unhesistantly took to Instagram to register his delight in the development. In his words: “Great things happening, alongside Tinny Entertainment, I’m so proud to become part of the Sony Music family!”

The artiste has formally joined the likes of Nigerian hit-maker Davido, as a member of the Sony Music family.

The youngest state Governor in Nigeria and Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, who just clocked 40 years in June had Friday declared that he was on “a divine mission” to curb corruption, waste and mismanagement of resources. Speaking with the media shortly after joining President Muhammadu Buhari to offer Jumat prayers inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja. Bello reacted to a recent verdict of the Court of Appeal which upheld his election. “They (people of the state) should expect development, prosperity and good governance all the way,” he said. The governor described the court judgement as a confirmation of “divine ruling” by God. He extended the olive branch to his opponents, especially a member of the House of Representatives, Mr. James Faleke, to join him in the task of building the state which he said was in a big mess when he assumed duties.
