“I Won’t Feature In Any Movie Until I Recieve Proper Medical Treatment” – Pa Kasuma


Ace Nigerian actor, Kayode Odumosu popularly known as Pa Kasuma has revealed he will not feature in any movie till he gets appropraite medical treatment. This he disclosed in an interview with Punch.

The 63-year-old Ogun born thespian, who’s been battling with a heart related ailment, made public that he was tempted to accept a movie offer he received three months ago but opted out in other to give priority to his health stating that he had earlier traveled to India hoping to get treatment but he was only examined in the hospital.


In his words:

“I spent just nine days in India. I thought that I would receive full treatment. But when I had got there, they told me that it was for evaluation. Then they asked me to come back after two months.

“Later, after I had recovered from the illness, I started thinking about how to get funds for my second journey to India. But I couldn’t find my international passport and that of the nurse that accompanied me on the first trip.”

“I see double and images are always blurred,” The veteran actor said, explaining that his eyes were in worse condition than two years ago.

Odumosu said he wishes to get a new passport to enable his return to India for adequate medical care and treatment. He was first reported ill in 2013 when he suffered a partial stroke that affected his eyes and memory.
