In The Face Of Recession; Checkout What Happened At The Port Harcourt & Enugu Shopping Malls On Christmas Day

The Port Harcourt Shopping Mall was yesterday overcrowded as people struggled to make their way in and out inspite of the full blown economic recession as it were.

The mall was fully packed as fun loving folks turned-up in their numbers to mark the Christmas celebration with their families and loved ones.

However, reports from some quarters has maintained that the massive turn outs were unconnected to the obvious fact that the Garden City lacks alternative recreational centers for leisure and unwinding; thereby making the Port Harcourt Mall the main point of call for any one seeking to explore the oil rich city.

On the flip side, The Enugu Shopping mall recorded an optimal turnout as pleasure seekers came in and out for shopping and other gaming activities.

Suffice it to (say) that the Enugu Metropolis over the past few days may be likened to a 'ghost town' as most part of the city is clearly deserted owing to the fact that most residents has vaccated for their hometowns where they retire to spend the festivities with their kinsmen.
