Nkem Owoh ''Osuofia'' Meets President John Dramani Mahama Of Ghana At His Home

Nollywood Veteran Actor Nkem Owoh popularly known as Osuofia is in Ghana filming a short documentary about the country. He siezed the moment to voice his delight at the rate of development being experienced in the country and urged the President to continue his good works.

On arrival in Ghana Nkem Owoh Eulogized the Nation's president, describing the newly expanded and modernized arrival wing at the Kotoka International Airport, the Greater Accra Regional Hospital and the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange which was commissioned by President Mahama in the week that was , as world class projects.

In his words:

“As I landed at the airport, the fresh air that welcomed me and the beauty of the entire ambience showed clearly that things had changed. This is not the Ghana I used to know. As you can see, the Greater Accra Regional Hospital is a masterpiece. I initially mistook it for a seven-star hotel. When I got to the Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange, I thought I was in Trafalgar Square in London.This is the work of a transformer! In fact, President Mahama should be retained”

 The panegyric couldn't be complete without meeting the man at the centre of it all, President  John Dramani Mahama. Osuofia met with the president in his home.

Meanwhile, Ghana's presidential election is slated for December 7, 2016.

Man kills himself, two others in Imo

The Imo State Police Command, in eastern Nigeria, has confirmed the death of three persons at Akokwa community in Ideato Local Government Area on Friday. DSP Andrew Enwerem, the Police Public Relations Officer who confirmed the incident said others sustained injuries. He explained that an unidentified man, said to be from the northern part of Nigeria, had run amok and killed a girl and a woman and thereafter killed himself. He said some aggrieved youths immediately went for reprisal attacks, leading to some other persons sustaining various degrees of injuries.
